01 What this policy covers

This policy explains what information ANASWORKS collects when you use anasworks.com, why it is collected, and what happens to it. It applies to the website, the contact form, and any digital product you buy here.

If anything here is unclear, email hello@anasworks.com and I will explain it in plain language.

02 What I collect

When you contact me. Your name, email address, phone number, and whatever you write in the message. You choose what to include, so only send what you are comfortable sharing.

When you buy a product. Your name, email address, and the order details. Payments are handled by a payment provider, so card numbers never reach this website and I never see them.

When you simply visit. Standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed. Hosting providers record this automatically for security and troubleshooting.

03 Why I collect it

To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project.

To deliver a product you paid for and give you access to your downloads.

To keep the website secure and working properly.

I do not use your details to build a profile of you, and I do not sell or rent them to anyone. Ever.

04 Marketing emails

I only send marketing email if you specifically asked for it. If you ever receive one you did not ask for, tell me and I will remove you immediately.

Replying to your enquiry is not marketing, it is the conversation you started.

05 Who else sees your data

A small number of services make this website work, and they process data on my behalf:

Hosting. Stores the website and its database.

Payment provider. Processes payments and holds the payment record.

Email service. Delivers notification and receipt emails.

Each is used only for the job described. No one else receives your information unless the law requires it.

06 How long it is kept

Enquiries are kept while there is a reasonable chance the conversation continues, then deleted.

Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting and support.

You can ask me to delete your data sooner, see below.

07 Your rights

You can ask me to show you what data I hold about you.

You can ask me to correct anything that is wrong.

You can ask me to delete it, unless I am legally required to keep it.

Email hello@anasworks.com and I will action it. No forms, no runaround.

08 Cookies

This website uses cookies that are needed for it to function, for example keeping you logged in to your account or remembering what is in your cart.

If analytics or advertising cookies are added later, this section will be updated before they go live.

09 Security

The site runs over HTTPS and access to the admin area is restricted. No website can promise perfect security, but your data is not left lying around and it is not shared casually.

10 Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version appears on this page with a new date at the top. Significant changes affecting existing customers will also be emailed.
