01 Agreement

These terms apply when you use anasworks.com, hire ANASWORKS for work, or buy a digital product here. Using the site means you accept them.

For client projects, a separate written proposal or agreement takes priority wherever it differs from this page.

02 Services

ANASWORKS provides website development, WordPress development, landing pages, website optimization, SEO work and related digital services.

Every project starts with an agreed scope in writing. Anything outside that scope is new work, quoted separately. This protects both of us, you know what you are paying for, and I know what I am building.

03 Quotes and payment

Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.

Project work usually starts after an agreed deposit. The remaining balance is due at the agreed milestone or before the site goes live, whichever the proposal specifies.

Digital products are paid for in full at checkout.

Bank charges and payment processing fees are not included in quoted prices unless stated.

04 Your responsibilities as a client

Supply content, images, logins and feedback within a reasonable time. Projects stall far more often on waiting for content than on development.

Make sure you have the right to use any material you send me. If you supply an image or text you do not own, you remain responsible for it.

Name one person as the decision maker. Feedback from several directions at once slows everything down.

05 Timelines

Timelines are estimates made in good faith based on the agreed scope. They assume you respond to questions and reviews reasonably promptly.

Delays caused by late content, scope changes or third parties move the delivery date accordingly.

06 Revisions

Each project includes the number of revision rounds stated in the proposal. Revisions refine what was agreed.

Asking for something different from what was agreed is a change, not a revision, and is quoted separately.

07 Ownership

Once a project is paid for in full, you own the website content, design and custom code produced for you.

Third party components keep their own licences, for example themes, plugins and fonts. Those licences pass to you where transferable, but they belong to their creators.

Any reusable tools, libraries or internal code ANASWORKS used to build your project remain mine to reuse on other work.

08 Portfolio

Unless you ask me not to, I may show the finished work in my portfolio and mention that I built it. I will never publish your private business information, internal data or anything shared in confidence.

If you want the work kept private, tell me and it stays off the portfolio.

09 Digital products

Products bought here are licensed to you for your own use and your client projects. You may not resell, redistribute or repackage them as your own product.

Access to your purchase is provided through your account after payment clears.

10 Support and maintenance

Ongoing support is only included where the proposal says so. Otherwise, support after handover is quoted separately.

Problems caused by changes made by you or another developer after handover are not covered by the original project.

11 Cancellation

Either side may end a project in writing. Work completed up to that point is payable, and any deposit covering that work is not refundable.

If I cannot continue for a reason on my side, I refund anything paid for work not yet done.

12 Limits

I build websites carefully and test them, but I cannot guarantee rankings, traffic, sales or specific business results. Too much of that depends on factors outside a website.

ANASWORKS is not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the work in question.

Keep your own backups. I am not responsible for hosting failures, third party outages, or issues caused by services I do not control.

13 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Pakistan.

Before anything reaches that stage, contact me. Almost everything is solvable with a conversation.

14 Changes

These terms may be updated. The version on this page at the time you engage me or make a purchase is the one that applies to that work.
